Can I shop in person and still get the discount?

The sale is online only. In-studio inventory is not included.

If I miss the sale, can you honor the discount later?

Unfortunately no. The sale is available only during the posted hours.

What if something sells out?

This is a PREORDER SALE. Please allow **up to 2 weeks** for processing. You will receive updates as soon as your items arrive and are ready for pickup or shipping.

Do I need to be a client?

No — anyone can shop the Black Friday sale. Clients and non-clients are welcome.

Can I choose pickup instead of shipping?

Yes! Choose pickup at checkout. You’ll be notified when your order is ready.

How do I access Vivant and DMK?
+
These brands require manual ordering. Please email us with the **product name**, **quantity**, and your **full name**, **phone number**, and **shipping address**. We’ll take care of the rest.
