The following terms outline our shipping policies for all online orders placed through www.nakedblissesthetics.com.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 – 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.
During high-volume periods or product restocks, processing times may extend by a few additional days. Please allow extra time for delivery during the holiday season (October – December).
If your order has not arrived within 21 days, please contact us at nakedblissesthetics@gmail.com with your order number.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship within the United States only.
For inquiries about potential shipping to Canada or other locations, please email nakedblissesthetics@gmail.combefore placing your order.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment-confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number.
Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 – 48 business hours after processing.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Naked Bliss Esthetics is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, and brokerage fees).
Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments
Naked Bliss Esthetics is not liable for any products that are damaged, missing, or lost during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
Retain all packaging materials and damaged items before filing.
If your shipment is marked as “delivered” but cannot be located, please contact USPS (or the carrier listed on your tracking email) to file a missing-package claim. Once a package leaves our facility, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
Defective Items & Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including allergic reactions or product dissatisfaction.
If an item arrives defective or broken, please email nakedblissesthetics@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with clear photos or videos.
We will assist you in contacting the manufacturer; however, replacement is not guaranteed.
